Why we are participating in Sleep In 2022
On the weekend of March 18-20, 2022, we are participating in Project Sleep's 8th annual international Sleep In (#SleepIn2022) to raise awareness about sleep health and sleep disorders!
This is important to us because sleep is a misunderstood and often-overlooked pillar of health. Sleepiness is NOT laziness. By participating in Project Sleep’s Sleep In, we are waking up the world to the importance and power of sleep.
DID YOU KNOW? Nearly 70 percent of adults report insufficient sleep or rest at least once a month and nearly 70 percent of high school adolescents sleep less than the recommended 8-9 hours a night. 1 in 5 Americans chronically live with a sleep or circadian disorder.
Project Sleep is a 501(c)(3) non-profit working to raise awareness about sleep health and sleep disorders. The organization's mission is to make sleep cool!
Thank you for your support!
